Award categories overview

Use the above tabs to view the nominated companies in their elected categories.

With the holiday market dominated by a few highly visible brands we operate a grading system - based upon size - to over half the award categories. This enables smaller companies/brands the opportunity to be recognised and rewarded by their customers.

      Award designations

This year there will be no bronze accreditation in size based categories. A maximum of six award designations will be determined in each category as:

If a large company polls the highest number of overall category votes:

      • Winner - large, Silver - large
      • Winner - medium, Silver - medium
      • Winner - small, Silver - small

If a medium company polls the highest number of overall category votes:

      OVERALL CATEGORY WINNER

      • Winner - large, Silver - large
      • Silver - medium
      • Winner - small, Silver - small

If a small company polls the highest number of overall category votes:

      OVERALL CATEGORY WINNER

      • Winner - large, Silver - large
      • Winner - medium, Silver - medium
      • Silver - small

Overall winner will be the most prestigious accolade in these categories and reflect the achievements of SME’s who were previously only recognised within the confines of their size grading.

A company’s size is not displayed on the voting form and voters can only vote for one company/brand in each category.

Winner, silver and bronze accreditations will continue to be awarded in all other categories.

      When voting closes

The competing companies are segregated into their respective size group and the winner determined as the company/brand achieving the highest number of votes within their group.
