Terms & Conditions

  • Prize is for up to two adults (aged 18+) sharing one Ocean View Cabin on sailing A12731.
  • Prize includes accommodation and full board.
  • The winner will be contacted by email by Ambassador Cruise Line to arrange the booking.
  • The winner must confirm and book their cruise by 31 January 2027, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
  • The prize excludes travel insurance, travel to and from the cruise terminal, port parking, shore excursions, onboard spending, drinks, shopping, laundry, Wi-Fi, communications, visa costs and any health certificate charges.
  • Crew gratuities are not included and will be automatically charged to the onboard account at £7 per person, per night, unless covered by a purchased drinks package.
  • All guests must be aged 18 or over at the time of sailing.
  • The winner and guest must hold valid passports and comprehensive travel insurance.
  • It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they meet all passport, visa and health requirements.
  • Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • If the advertised cabin category is unavailable, the winner may pay the difference to upgrade or accept a lower cabin category. No refund will be offered for accepting a lower category.
  • Ambassador Cruise Line reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  • The winner’s first name and hometown may be used by Ambassador Cruise Line for promotional purposes unless they opt out by contacting social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within five days of notification.
  • All guests must comply with Ambassador Cruise Line’s travel requirements and any applicable government travel guidance.
  • Entries are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of the Promoters, their families, agents and anyone directly connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ambassador Cruise Line’s Privacy Policy.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary.
  • The closing date for entries is 11 September 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
